3 Tablespoons of Butter

4 Cups of Miniature Marshmallows

2 Cups of coconut

4 Cups of Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal

1 Cup of Kellogg’s Cinnabon cereal

1 Package of Pecans halved


1. In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal, Cinnabon cereal, and 1 cup of coconut. Stir until well coated.

3. Using wax paper, evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Add the remaining coconut on top. Place pecan pieces about an inch apart on top of the coconut layer. Cool for at least 15 minutes and cut into 2-inch squares. Makes about 12 Coconut Pecan Rice Krispies Treats.
