Father’s Day Survey for the Kids

You don’t have to spend a lot of money to make dad happy on Father’s Day. Sometimes, showing him how much you care is the best gift you can give. The things I like most about this survey are that the kids get to draw a photo of dad on the back and they can leave a short, personalized note on the bottom.
