Elmer’s is making it easier to be eco-friendly on Earth Day – and beyond. Each year, the Elmer’s Glue Crew Recycling Program helps teachers educate children about environmental stewardship. The program includes a national classroom recycling drive to collect empty glue bottles and glue sticks. Last year, the program recycled two million glue bottles and sticks.

To coincide with the 40th anniversary of Earth Day, Elmer’s is inviting parents to get involved in the Elmer’s Glue Crew through the “40 Days of Earth-Friendly Living.”

To promote environmental awareness, I am giving away an Elmer’s Glue Crew backpack full of Elmer’s supplies such as Elmer’s School Glue, Elmer’s Glue Sticks, etc.
